Either Linda Hogan is a liar or she’s the dumbest person alive!

Due to a court ruling, Hulk Hogan has been paying Linda $40,000 a month in temporary alimony payments.

That’s more than some people make in a year!

But now Linda is claiming she’s out of money.

WTF?!?

In a hearing on Thursday, one of Linda’s attorneys asked the judge to set a hearing next month to talk about unfreezing some of the couple’s joint assets for Linda’s use. However, an attorney for Hulk said she wanted to see some proof that Linda was really out of money.

What or who could she possibly be wasting that kind of money on?

Hulk’s attorney said, “They have to tell me why she’s out of money. They have to show me in bank statements.”

Oh, and Hulk also pays some of her bills, in addition to the monthly alimony. For example, he’s required to pay repair and maintenance on their home in which Linda is currently living.

But Linda’s side wants more. They say Hulk is refusing to pay for “cable, pest control, window washing and their security system.”

WTF! Bitch is getting thousands a month. SHE should pay for that!

And surprisingly, this idiot, Judge George W. Greer, told Hulk’s attorney’s that he would have to pay for the cable, pest control and window washing bills.

Adding that Hulk would not be required to pay for the security system as that’s not Hulk’s problem any longer.

What, and Linda’s cable bill is???

Seriously, some divorce cases are ridiculous!

Kelly Osbourne was approached for assistance by a homeless man outside of an LA-area Rite Aid on Wednesday.

Kelly O was happy to help out because she’s a good person….and it doesn’t hurt to be photographed by lurking paparazzi to be doing good.

Since no one really cares about Hugh Hefner’s ex-girlfriend anymore, the platinum blonde needs to make references to the Playboy founder in order to get any press.

And by references, we mean take stabs at the poor old man.

Like in one interview when she says, “It might be refreshing to date someone who is not high maintenance. Sorry, Hef, you know you’re high maintenance.”

And now, Criss Angel’s current girlfriend opens up again, this time about her looks.

In a recent Life & Style interview, Madison gets told that she looks so “fresh-faced and beautiful” now that people want to know the secret behind her makeup.

The almost 29 year-old has apparently stopped wearing heavy foundation, lip gloss, and has removed her fake eyelashes. Now she just sports a a bit of blush and eyeliner.

To which Holly responds, “I think the breakup is partially the reason. The truth is, I barely wear lip gloss anymore because I’m always making out with my boyfriend, so it comes off in two-and-a-half seconds.”

And then, she adds while laughing, “Apparently, I wasn’t making out with Hef as much.”

Burn Hefie!

As for her new sugar daddy, she says of Criss, “He doesn’t like me in a lot of makeup and I appreciate that.”

But we guess he still likes it when you draw and paint on those fake eyebrows of yours?

Too bad Holly is lying through her teeth, though.

Even when she’s out and about getting some coffee the former Playboy girlfriend is still wearing too much foundation!
